Abortion experiences and preferences of transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people in the United States

Transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people who were assigned female or intersex at birth have abortions. This study aimed to fill existing evidence gaps on abortion experiences and preferences. Anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity (AIC) is a serious adverse effect among cancer patients. The central mechanism of AIC is irreversible mitochondrial damage. Animals receiving RIPC before doxorubicin (RIPC-Doxo) had a significantly higher LVEF at Week 16 than those treated with no pretreatment (Untreated-Dxo) This was mainly due to conserved regional contractile function.
