Hepatitis-B Vaccine Response in Inflammatory Bowel Disease Patients: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis
Data on efficacy of hepatitis-B vaccine (HBV) in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is limited. We searched several databases to identify studies evaluating efficacy of HBV in IBD. Patients with IBD on immunosuppression demonstrated significantly reduced HBV response as compared with the general population.

Hood colonoscopy in trainees: a useful adjunct to improve the performance
Hood colonoscopy might represent a useful adjunct to standard colonoscopes, especially improving the performance of endoscopic trainees. No differences were found between hood and standard. colonoscopies with respect to cecal intubation rate (95 vs 92%)
