The aim of the study was to evaluate the performance of a radiomics and machine learning model applied to ultrasound (US) images. Radiomics was applied to US preoperative images according to the International Biomarker Standardization Initiative guidelines. Cancer control plans in Africa were investigated. Ten plans discussed cancer control in the context of non-communicable diseases. Pediatric cancer was mentioned in 7 national plans, representing 5127 children, or 13% of the estimated continental burden for children aged 0-14 years. Palliative care was itemized in four budgets.
